Our mission
Help shouldn’t end at the pharmacy counter.
Founded by Michael, a pharmacist.
The questions keep coming at home: when you eat, take your medications, choose a supplement, or try to fit a health plan into real life. RxAdjacent Labs carries a pharmacist’s way of thinking and explaining into those moments.
Our goal is to help your health plan work as intended. We make complicated information understandable, connect it to your circumstances, and help you recognize when it’s time to involve a professional. Practical, evidence-based, and honest about its limits.
We start with confidence, because self-efficacy is one of the most consistent predictors of physical activity[Choi].

RxAdjacent Labs tools are general wellness products designed to support physical activity and self-tracking. Talk with your clinician before starting a new activity program and before making any change to your medications.
