For clinicians & pharmacists
An activity prescription your patients can actually start.
You already recommend physical activity. We give patients a structured, guideline-aligned first 12 weeks — and give you a clean summary of what happened.
THE GAP
Referral starts people, but doesn’t keep them going.
In exercise referral schemes, 66–81% took up the referral, but only ~43–49% adhered[Pavey].
THE APPROACH
Assess → prescribe → support.
Aligned with ACSM pre-participation screening[Riebe] and the Exercise is Medicine workflow[ACSM].
THE OUTPUT
Objective trends, not recommendations.
Home BP averages, activity dose, chair-stand results, adherence, and flagged readings.
What’s in the clinician summary
A one-page PDF and shareable link the patient chooses to send you. Neutral language: “here’s what changed.” It displays data; it does not suggest diagnoses, doses, or medication changes. Clinical interpretation stays with you.
- —7-day home BP averages over time (patient-entered or synced)
- —Weekly activity dose: minutes, steps, isometric sessions
- —30-second chair stand trend (CDC STEADI protocol)
- —Adherence and self-rated confidence
- —Readings and symptoms the patient flagged, e.g. dizziness

Safety rails built in
Pre-session symptom checks; cool-down and “sit, then stand” prompts given that antihypertensives can add to post-exercise hypotension[AHA]; low-reading and dizziness flags that tell the patient to contact their clinician.

RxAdjacent Labs tools are general wellness products designed to support physical activity and self-tracking. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and never recommend changes to medication. Talk with your clinician before starting a new activity program and before making any change to your medications.
